HOURS RECOMMENDED PER AGE LEVEL - Twinkle Star Dance (3 to 4 years): 45 minutes per week - Primary Acro (5 to 6 years): 45 minutes per week - Acro 1 – AA Levels 1 & 2 (6 to 7 years): 1 hour
